Serenity on the Sea sleeps up to 16 and is located in the Mustang Royale Subdivision, just outside of Port Aransas. Very close to the new,well manicured, links style Arnold palmer golf course, the house has everything needed for a relaxing, memorable vacation with friends or family. Designed with an enormous open concept living area and a dining area (with seating for up to 18), this house was built to very comfortably accommodate two or more families.

Mustang Royale is a well designed, family centered seaside neighborhood with spacious lots. Enjoy the open air and lovely views afforded by the well spaced homes and broad streets. The lovely community pool is just steps away and the boardwalk is just as close to this perfectly situated home.

PLEASE NOTE - Although this property can sleep up to 16 there is a 4 vehicle limit for outside parking (2 small cars and 2 medium/large cars) and 1 medium SUV in the garage. Access to the Garage is only provided when you rent the whole house. There is overflow parking at the pool but this is limited and on a first come first served basis.

On street parking and parking at vacant properties is strictly prohibited and offenders will be towed. Violation of the HOA rules will result in you being asked to leave without a refund.

SLEEPS up to 16

• The Main Floor sleeps up to 12 and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Generous, identical master suites, each with a king bed, private bath and flat screen television, make this a spa-like retreat for the grown ups. Two more large rooms with bunk beds, a full bed, lofts, video game ready TVs and a big bathroom create a kid zone that up to ten at a time can enjoy. The Loft is a fun place for kids to hang out and sleep. (Bring a sleeping bag etc as no linens for these loft areas are provided)
• The Main Floor Kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops and everything you'll need to make some wonderful meals.
• The Great Room features a 51" plasma television, cable, a DVD player, and lots of seating. We've taken care of all the details- all you need to to is settle in and enjoy!
• The Owners Suite is the ground floor of this amazing house and can be rented in addition to the Main Floor and adds an extra 2 bedrooms with Queen Beds and another Bathroom. The living room has 2 comfy couches, dining table to seat 4 and Flat Screen TV with Cable. There is a kitchenette with mini- convection oven, hot plate, microwave, electric fry pan and griddle,and last but not least is the large porch area to the rear with a Park Grill and a Hammock to relax in.
